2. Using the site
- Use it lawfully, and in a way that does not restrict anyone else's use of it
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting
- Do not scrape, mirror or republish the site as a whole without written permission
- Do not send anything through the contact form that is unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading
3. The demonstrations
This site carries two interactive demonstrations: a diary model that places booking requests, and a call flow that walks through how a call gets handled. Both exist to illustrate behaviour. Three points matter:
- They run on invented material. Booking requests, appointment lengths, the call transcript and its clock all get generated or scripted in the browser. Nothing shown describes any client, any real customer, or any real booking. The caller number used sits inside the range reserved for fiction.
- Their figures describe themselves. Diary fill, finish time, rebuild time, message counts and timings report what the page has just computed or scripted. None of them is a performance claim about any delivered system, and no service level is stated or implied by them.
- Neither is booking software. Nobody should rely on either to plan real work, and no liability is accepted for any decision taken on the strength of them.
4. Accuracy
The site gets reviewed regularly and written with care. Even so, the material here is general information about a service, not advice for a particular situation, and it may change without notice. Anything relied on should be confirmed directly before acting on it.
Prices. The figures on the pricing page act as indicative starting points for the tiers described, set per market and per clinic location. They form no offer and no contract. The price that applies is the one in a written quotation. Prices may change, and a change applies at the next renewal rather than mid term. Advertising spend is paid by the client to the platform directly and sits beyond every figure shown.
5. Intellectual property
The text, design, code, logo and imagery on this site belong to Intelligentside unless stated otherwise. Reading, printing and quoting with attribution is welcome. Reproducing substantial parts for commercial use needs written permission.
6. Links to other sites
Any link to a site not operated by Intelligentside gets offered for convenience. No responsibility is taken for the material or the privacy practices found there.
7. Availability
No promise is made that this site stays available without interruption. It may be suspended, withdrawn or changed at any time, including for maintenance.
8. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, Intelligentside accepts no liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data caused by use of this site or reliance on anything published on it.
These terms cover use of the website only. Work delivered for a client sits under a separate written agreement, and that agreement takes precedence.
